Candlight Yoga and Bubbly anyone?
Lets start this year right!
A relaxing Mat Vinyasa class. A wonderful way to relieve the stress of the day, end a long day or week, or start off a new week! ! A candle lit ambient class of yoga, gently concentrating on flexibility, deep stretching, core strength and a gentle relaxing of the mind.
