Celebrate Galentine’s with a sweet, stylish night out designed for connection, creativity, and indulgence. Led by Kimberly owner of Auntie Kim’s Pound Cakes, a WINENOT? business member and professional baker, this hands-on experience offers expert guidance in an intimate bakery setting.

The Experience

Guests will begin the evening with a welcome glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne before stepping into the bakery to decorate their own mini bundt-style pound cake. Wearing provided aprons, you’ll glaze, top, and embellish your cake with premium finishes like edible gold flakes, glitter dust, and specialty toppings — all while enjoying bubbly and interacting with the baker behind the scenes.

Once decorating is complete, guests will transition into a guided tasting featuring four pound cake flavors, thoughtfully paired with champagne and wine. The evening wraps with a final pairing option of coffee or Kahlúa for a cozy, indulgent finish.

This experience is relaxed, interactive, and designed to feel festive yet intimate — a true Galentine’s celebration.
